Return Policy

Damages, returns, and discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for store credit only. Damage requests can be made by email to [email protected]. Please send picture of each damaged item with original packaging and invoice number.All returns must be approved by a representative to receive credit. 20% restocking fee for all non-damaged merchandise.

Shipping Policy

Default shipping method is FedEx Ground to Commercial Addresses Starting at $12. Residential address will be shipped with Fedex Home Delivery usually shipping fees are higher. AK, HI, PR, VI & ADDITIONAL US TERRITORIES will be charge based on actual rate. USPS Priority Flat Rate order must fit in SMALL, MEDIUM OR LARGE Box with maximum dimensions of 16" X 12"X 10"�. Any orders that do not fit in standard USPS Flat Rate box will be charged by standard rate. USPS ship by Priority Flat Rate Box rates will be based on box used. Will mandatory add signature required $5 for all orders over $200. Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. We cannot promise the delivery time. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
