Return Policy

We offer returns to customers with followings:

1. A return request must be submitted to us within 7 calendar days from receipt. Order number, item number, quantity, and the reason of the return must be specified in a written form, e-mail or LAShowroom message.
2. The goods must be: in new or unused condition, or defective upon arrival.
3. Return shipping fee is paid by buyer. However, we will compensate if the goods were defective.
4. Refunds will be made accordingly after inspection of the goods. Restocking fee or deduction from original amount may incur.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within three business days after receipt of full payment. Orders with pre-order or back order items won't be shipped until all items are in stock, unless otherwise is requested by the buyer. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation request must be submitted before shipping starts.
