If there is any problem with payment, we can hold the order for 7 days. After that, if we are unable to receive payment, we will unfortunately have to cancel the order, as we cannot hold inventory indefinitely.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If return is necessary, claims for any damage must be made within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original package with all parts included. It is customer's responsibility to bring the products to our facility for exchange. Customer will assume return shipping costs and a 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
Shipping and handling are non-refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages.)
Claims for any missing item must be made within 1 days upon receipt of merchandise. We won't be able to open a case for calls or messages received after 1 day upon receipt of merchandise.
We consider the following as damages: Holes, Manufacture Defects, Odor. Please note that all damages must be noticeable. Photos will be requested upon receipt of each return request.

Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped out within 24 hours, open-packed, with no minimum requirement. All duties and taxes are covered by us.

We offer fast US shipping that arrives in 4-5 business days. For international buyers, we provide quality and speedy shipping, ensuring delivery within 5-7 business days.

Styles marked as "Temporarily out of stock" and "Arrival soon" will be available within 1-4 weeks.

By default, we will ship what we have in stock and place the unavailable items on backorder. These items will be shipped as soon as they become available. If you prefer us to combine the shipment into one when all items are available, please mention that in the order comments when you place the order or message us with instructions.

Pending orders over 5 business days will be automatically cancelled.

Returns must be made within 5 days after receiving the merchandise and with the original packaging.

Cancellation Policy

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment within 48 hours of order placed.

If you need to cancel your order after the order has been confirmed, a written (message) request must be submitted via LA Showroom Message system.

All cancellations must be submitted within 2 hours of order confirmation.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
