Any claims or demands regarding the received goods must be filed within 10 days of receipt and must be approved by us. After 10 days, no returns will be accepted. We cannot be held responsible for any goods that have been altered from their original delivered form. If notice is not given within 10 days, it will be considered as acceptance of the goods, and all claims by the buyer will be waived.It is important to keep all labels, hangtags, trims, belts, and other items intact to be eligible for returns or exchanges. If any items are altered from their original delivered form, we will not be able to process the return.
