Dear All Apparel Hills buyer and future buyer,

Its that time of the year again, we want to thank you all for shopping with us and if you haven't yet, not to worry, welcome to Apparel Hills and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Our office and logistics/shipping department will close on Thursday, November 26th, and Friday, November 27th.

ALL of our packages are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service). At this time we only offer UPS ground services which take around 3-5 business days. Delays may occur during holidays, natural disasters, weather conditions, address correction, and etc.

ALL orders have a processing time of 1-2 business days. Usually, all orders placed before 12 PM the day of as long as it's in stock it will be shipped unless otherwise noted.

RETURN POLICY GUIDELINES

In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE

Damaged or defective items may be returned for store credit or an exchange may be provided.

Please contact us to notify us within 5 business days from the delivered date if any items are damaged or defective.

When contacting us regarding a damaged or defective item(s), please provide pictures of the damage (close-up and full shot), your invoice number, style number, color, size, and number of damaged or defective item(s). It can take 1-3 business days to investigate. However, it may take a bit longer as the investigation time depends on the vendor.The final RA approval will be done by the vendor.

INCORRECT ITEM(S)

Please contact us within 5 business days from the delivered date.

Store credit: If the vendor approves, we will send you a return label and process a store credit for the wrong item once it has been received.

Correct item to be reshipped: We will work with the vendor to arrange a reshipment for you. This will be based on product availability. If the product is no longer available, store credit will be applied. Items that are sent outside of its original condition/packaging will not be accepted by the vendors and will not be eligible for store credit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Apparel Hills, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
