Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy

At AOMEL FASHION, all sales are generally considered final. Before purchasing, please carefully review the detailed images and size charts provided. We do not accept returns for reasons other than clear quality issues.

If you need to return an item due to a quality issue, please contact our customer service via internal message within 48 hours of receiving the item, and we will respond promptly. All returns must be pre-approved and shipped back to the address we specify.

For non-quality-related returns, we do not refund shipping costs and reserve the right to charge up to a 30% restocking fee.


Shipping Policy

We perform a pre-authorization before processing orders. Our shipping time is approximately 3 business days after a successful pre-authorization. If restocking is necessary due to insufficient inventory, this time may extend to up to 7 business days (we will notify you via email).

We default to using FedEx Ground for shipping. Due to the shipping company's processes, there may be a delay of 1-2 business days before tracking information updates after the package has been shipped. Currently, we only offer shipping services and do not accept self-pickup or customer-provided shipping labels.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order at AOMEL FASHION, please contact us by phone or send a message through the "Message" system at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Typically, to prevent payment fraud, we pre-authorize your funds before processing your order, and once we start processing, cancellations are not possible. We reserve the right to charge a 15% fee for canceled items. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected under the "Order Status" section in the "Status" category after approval.
